Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Performing engineering tasks within the scope of the maintenance of a mission aircraft
• Assessment of damage to the aircraft structure and aircraft systems caused by corrosion, cracks, dents, etc. as part of the non-conformity process
• Preparation of the corresponding damage analyses
• Preparation of technical statements on request of the customer
• Analysis of the target/actual configuration and investigation of alternative materials and obsolete standard parts
• Development of repair solutions and drawings within the scope of depot repair
• Detailing of the corresponding product data for fixtures, assemblies and individual parts using CATIA and data management systems, in coordination with the technical departments involved in the process
• Independent preparation of standard repair instructions and technical change requests for aircraft documentation
• Creation of procedures and instructions to support the manufacturing process
• "On-site" support of production and final assembly in the multifunctional team through permanent support of the maintenance process on the aircraft
• Development and integration of modifications in consideration of the specification and in coordination with system departments and customers
• Incorporation of changes for product improvement
  
• Support of export control in the evaluation of export controlled components and documents
